CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD*:

During the Sunday Masses, children in grades Kindergarten through 6th,are dismissed from the general assembly after the opening prayers with a catechist to hear the Word of God at their level. After listening to God’s Word, children are guided through a  discussion of the meaning of the Gospel in their lives. Children return to the assembly prior to the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

 

Here's another opportunity to share your "treasure" with our children.  Minimal preparation is required, and you don't have to attend a separate Mass to be involved!  We do need 2 volunteers for each Mass each week.  Please allow us to serve our children in this ministry by spending 20 minutes once a month sharing the Scriptures with the young people.
